Students Bill Of Rights

• The right to good service
• The right to a clean and suitable environment
• The right to an education free from distraction
• The right to a safe environment free from harassment and intimidations
• The right to a discrimination free environment
• The right to be treated with respect and dignity
• The right to be able to complain without retribution
• The right to experienced and knowledgeable trainers
• The right to access a trainer for assistance with understanding the lesson
• The right to fair tests and quizzes
• The right to not be charged for any repeated lessons
• The right to accessible education and employment
• The right to fair employment opportunity
• The right to receive assistance with Government applications

Course Recognition And Student Support

Canada First Aid Training will always be able and willing to reproduce any certificate and verify all credentials through our online systems or by telephone to any Government agency and/or future employer. Canada First Aid Training will also assist manage your training records and training compliance.

Canada First Aid Training prefers first aid certificates from St. Johns Ambulance or Red Cross.

Rules

Any student who is found to be engaging in any of the following behaviours will be removed from training:

• Racism
• Sexism
• Sexual harassment
• Discrimination
• Rude
• Belligerent
• Combative
• Insulting
• Aggressive
• Abusive in anyway
• Insubordination
• Rallying dissent
• Disorderly
• Argumentative
• Interrupting
• Regularly late

Canada First Aid Training provides you the opportunity to complete the program when you purchase the course only. All sales are final and no refunds will be given. Students are responsible for demonstrating good behavior and are tested in order to pass the course. The student is responsible for their own test results and we make no guarantees of graduation.
